Dolphin at the surface, beak out, clearing blowhole
Sublime - South Channel marker #3, late Autumn '97

Captain Muir says: "This is the sort of day we love; a glassy, still, hot summery morning. The water is dead calm, with not a breath of wind, and nobody else is out yet! Suddenly, from out of nowhere, the familiar snorting sound of a dolphin clearing its blowhole rings across the silent bay. Then, as though a part of the "oily slick" around us rises a head, coming straight for us, and yet again we are amazed."
